                                A Game of two scarves

And still the pictures come!

David Palmer, who joined in 1960, was clearing out an old cupboard when he stumbled across this interesting uniform item.

It’s a school scarf especially for sixth formers and David believes it was introduced at some point in the mid 60s, no doubt stocked by Eric Thomas near Sidcup station.

I think it’s quite fetching with the light blue fringes around the regular red, black and white colours giving it a distinctive look.

I wonder if there are any more items of uniform lying around.

Does anyone still have their old blazer I wonder?
