After an extraordinary run of success which started in 1957 with Dr Faustus, legendary English and Drama master Adrian Jarvis turned to Shakespeare for the 1963 annual school play.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream was staged across six nights between 21 February and 2 March towards the end of one of the most severe winters on record.
